Why are fruits and vegetables an important part of a healthy diet? What is the nutritional content (e.g., vitamins, proteins, or calories) of each vegetable or fruit? 

Many children will not be aware of these nutritional content (e.g., vitamins, proteins, or calories) We help you and your children to have hands-on nutrition with fun activities

This Game is an effective educational tool to learn healthy eating habits, Nutrition education and to improve the food which your kids have. With Nutrition Smart you’ll have fun while learning about good nutrition, the food pyramid and different food groups. Our activities are broadly used by teachers, parents, child care providers, and more!

The primary outcome will be 

• Children will choose the right nutrition food which helps them to develop mentally & physically

• Children will learn the nutrition content (macro/micronutrient/minerals) of various foods along with addition, comparing numbers, etc

• Educating about dietary habits at an early age

• Improve their maths skills like addition and percentage.

Key Points:

• We have created games based on data from the National Institute of Nutrition, which is govt organization and our games are technically assessed by the nutritionist.

• The game encourages kids to make the right choices and win rewards thereby motivating them to practice the right habits regularly.

• Our Team is Trained in leadership by Global action on poverty(http://gapoverty.org/)

These activities offer a method for teachers and volunteer educators to strengthen nutrition and fitness concepts for children in classrooms, and after-school programs and have fun, too! 

These activities encourage children to eat smart and play hard! This method is an effective tool and childhood obesity prevention programs.
